Co-founder and qualified Social Worker, Amanda is passionate about empowering individuals to achieve their goals by fostering hope and purpose in their lives. Amanda began her career as a Mental Health Nurse before retraining as a Social Worker. While studying, she worked her way up in the disability sector, gaining hands-on experience in Supported Independent Living (SIL) as a support worker and later as a team leader. She graduated with a Master’s in Social Work, combining her practical experience with formal qualifications to bring a well-rounded, person-centred approach to her work.

As COO, Amanda now oversees all support coordination services, staff training, and client onboarding at Dynamic Ability. She leverages her leadership skills, compliance knowledge, and process optimisation strategies to ensure Dynamic Ability consistently delivers high-quality, person-centred care. Her professional expertise, combined with her lived experience of mental health, enables her to lead with compassion and empathy, creating an environment where both clients and staff can flourish.
